Manager, Commercial Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct Commercial Quality initiatives throughout the Ergomed organization

• Ensure adherence to global GxP regulations and standards

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for GxP Commercial Quality

• Provide quality insights into client proposals, Requests for Information, and presentations

• Engage in the Business Development process

• Create commercial materials to facilitate Quality as a Service offerings

• Supervise the preparation and evaluation of metrics related to Commercial Quality

• Lead, mentor, and enhance the skills of quality group personnel

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a comparable healthcare discipline

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing and stakeholder management positions

• Expertise in creating presentations, capability decks, and materials for client interactions

• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacovigilance and clinical practices

• Experience in crafting and contributing to bids, proposals, and RFP/RFI submissions

• Familiarity with project management, governance, and operational excellence strategies

• Background in supporting quality management activities, such as deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, or process improvements

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a global or matrixed setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
