This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +2 more states.
• Comprehend the specific needs of customers, suppliers, hotel owners, and operators, and how these requirements integrate into the overall solution framework.
• Develop user flows, draft comprehensive user stories and requirements, assist in the creation of wireframes and prototypes, and manage the product backlog.
• Supervise the development of requirements and lead comprehensive user acceptance testing for new features, integrations, and products.
• Perform competitive and comparative analysis while monitoring industry trends to guide strategic decision-making.
• Generate recommendations based on customer insights, complete with executive summaries and supporting details by soliciting and analyzing data from various sources.
• Present insights on customers, market trends, and operations to product and business leaders as well as delivery teams, gathering feedback to guide product decisions.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technology teams for discovery, solution development, and delivery.
• Collaborate with teams in technology, marketing and loyalty, analytics, sales, and commercial services.
• Partner with third-party vendors on product requirements, testing activities, and the delivery of enhancements and fixes.
• Maintain detailed requirements and product documentation for Hilton's B2B programs and Groups, Meetings, and Events products.
• Lead insight-driven recommendations and presentations that support product strategy decisions.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience, including at least one (1) year in Product Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in capturing detailed requirements for complex programs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of partners to achieve successful outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Preferred experience in Groups, Meetings, and Events or B2B sectors.
• Familiarity with working alongside third-party vendors is preferred.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, VS Code, and/or Figma is preferred.
• Background in the hospitality industry is preferred.
