This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to associates within the Commercial Data Strategies team.
• Ensure that all team members possess the essential technical and business skills to effectively achieve their objectives.
• Hold team members responsible for achieving defined goals and objectives that align with organizational priorities.
• Foster strong working relationships with IT partners, enhancing their business understanding and knowledge of Commercial Data Strategies processes and capabilities.
• Lead the definition and gathering of business requirements for programs in collaboration with all relevant Data Warehouses.
• Collaborate closely with IT to ensure seamless system integration and to manage data loads, governance, and logic.
• Actively partner with MDM on data management and alignment of customer definitions: UCN, INDV, and legacy data, providing support to establish common data definitions.
• Work closely with the Data Integrity Manager and IT product owner to ensure a comprehensive and aligned approach to the IT roadmap for additional systems (e.g., CRM, Contracting & Pricing).
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or MS is preferred.
• Significant experience in Data Management is essential.
• At least 5 years of work experience is required, preferably in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of people management experience is necessary.
• Proficiency in PC software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows) with minimal to no training required.
• Experience in developing training materials and providing mentorship to others.
• Proven experience in developing and executing testing strategies.
• Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., TABLEAU, Qlik, COGNOS, etc.) is required.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams, sometimes necessitating leadership without direct authority as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities.

• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees residing in the State of Colorado – 48 hours per calendar year; for employees residing in the State of Washington – 56 hours per calendar year.
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
• Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period.
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
