Manager, Commercial Data Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the leadership of Commercial Operations to establish and execute a data readiness strategy that aligns with commercial objectives.

• Develop and integrate practical data standards, definitions, and processes across Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and SDG.

• Identify and rectify issues in data quality, consistency, and usability that affect forecasting, compensation, and go-to-market execution.

• Assist in the creation of scalable data models and reporting frameworks in partnership with Sales Operations.

• Prepare data for automation, analytics, and AI initiatives (such as Compass and similar programs).

• Serve as a connector between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on data priorities and execution.

• Promote the adoption of standardized processes and best practices without having direct control over data.

• Utilize existing systems (such as SFDC and Power BI) to enhance data integrity and minimize manual workarounds.

• Offer project management support for essential commercial data initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data, or a related field is preferred.

• 5–8 years of pertinent experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or data-centric business roles.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce.com) and reporting tools (like Power BI).

• Demonstrated capability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Experience in enhancing data quality, processes, or governance within a business setting.

• Exposure to analytics, automation, or AI initiatives is a plus.
