This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in the establishment of sales infrastructure, systems configuration, and operational procedures during crucial ramp-up and transition phases on a global scale.
• Emphasize the tactical implementation of sales systems, account management procedures, market research, and sales operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal commercial teams to develop and sustain precise sales databases.
• Oversee RFP processes and aid in the execution of strategic sales initiatives.
• Utilize sales tools to ensure account accuracy and support pipeline activities.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint target accounts and business opportunities.
• Compile reports, sales documentation, and account research to facilitate business development and commercial efforts.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, ideally within a centralized, multi-property, or above-property context.
• Comprehensive knowledge of group and corporate transient segments.
• Proficient in Hyatt’s Envision, CSM, and Cvent Transient platforms or similar CRM/RFP tools.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client engagement abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple hotel stakeholders and adapt sales strategies as needed.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility ramp-up environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline is required.
