This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Formulate and execute the sales strategy for Clinical Services departments to optimize market presence and client retention, in alignment with sales and account management efforts.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations aimed at generating leads, boosting brand visibility, and increasing involvement in value-added programs.
• Oversee the discovery and solution development process along with the management of divisional RFP submissions.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing customized solutions and outstanding service delivery, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Coach and nurture the Clinical Services sales and implementation support team, cultivating a high-performance culture and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Assess market trends and provide insights to Clinical Services and Health Strategies leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services leadership and sales teams to establish and achieve quarterly and annual growth targets.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, advocating for the company’s services and strategic vision.
• Foster an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork across all Health Strategies divisions and departments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for client engagements, industry conferences, and sales initiatives.
• Engage in, comply with, and promote the objectives of compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
• A Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a PharmD degree is mandatory.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the capability to obtain reciprocity within 4 months.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, business development, sales, or vendor management in the healthcare or pharmacy industry is required.
• Preferred leadership experience of 1-3 years.
• Commitment to participate in, comply with, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact consistently in a cooperative and respectful manner with fellow employees.
