This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operations of client support to ensure adherence to service standards and achievement of performance goals.
• Enhance team skills and capabilities through strong leadership and ongoing support.
• Leverage analytics to pinpoint performance trends.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Offer clear guidance, communication, and ownership throughout the resolution of client issues.
• Work collaboratively across various internal teams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
