
Manager, Client Success – GPO Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients during the implementation and onboarding phases.
• Cultivate relationships with executive, operational, supply chain, pharmacy, finance, and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, conduct executive reviews, and provide regular updates on project status.
• Assist clients in navigating organizational changes and adopting new GPO processes, contracts, and reporting tools.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of GPO services for both new and transitioning healthcare organizations.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Finance, IT, Vendors, and Distributors.
• Ensure accountability among internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Identify barriers to implementation, manage issue resolution, and escalate risks as needed.
• Facilitate the transition of clients to ongoing account management teams post-implementation.
• Analyze purchasing, utilization, and contract data to pinpoint savings opportunities and optimization strategies.
• Confirm savings projections through benchmarking, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Review item master, formulary, and spend data to aid in contract alignment and conversion efforts.
• Monitor contract utilization, compliance, and realized savings in relation to implementation objectives.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Develop and deliver reports that communicate financial impact, savings achievements, and performance trends.
• Assist in contract tier optimization and strategic sourcing initiatives through quantitative analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, GPO, or implementation/project management.
• Strong understanding of hospital purchasing, contracting, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management capabilities.
• Experience in financial analysis is a plus.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building, with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility at all organizational levels.
• Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
• Highly analytical, capable of interpreting large data sets, identifying trends, and translating findings into valuable business recommendations.
• Ability to balance strategic, client-facing responsibilities with detailed operational and financial analysis.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including the capacity to explain technical or analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without direct authority.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on identifying savings opportunities and ensuring the realization of those savings.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems in fast-paced healthcare settings.
