Manager, Client Financial Services

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial interactions with clients.

• Engage actively in and manage all stages of the financial process.

• Conduct a thorough end-to-end review of all processes and outcomes.

• Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure precise and timely billing.

• Take ownership and provide oversight of the Expense Matrix.

• Facilitate scheduled client meetings concerning financial services.

• Work alongside the billing resolutions team to address complex billing challenges.

• Develop, implement, monitor, and refine quality audit strategies.

• Extensive experience in mobility across diverse financial functions.

• Preference for global compensation compliance, with tax knowledge considered a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

• Strong capability to collaborate effectively and contribute in team settings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to create innovative and thoughtful solutions.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks.

• Proven ability to document and train on process flows in a high-volume environment.

• Preferred familiarity with accounting software and secure data transmission methods.
