This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage a quota for the portfolio while owning net retention and growth (bookings) objectives in collaboration with the team.
• Drive net retention, add-ons, and upsell performance across enterprise accounts within the EMEA region.
• Foster a high-performance culture that consistently meets or surpasses retention and growth objectives.
• Create executive-level engagement strategies for renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
• Assist Key Account Managers in developing strategic account plans.
• Support relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives across enterprise accounts.
• Participate in strategic accounts and escalations to safeguard and enhance revenue.
• Oversee account health, satisfaction, and risk indicators.
• Identify and address churn risks through proactive engagement and strategic action plans.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the skills of Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Key Account Managers.
• Create playbooks, tools, and training resources to enhance team effectiveness and customer experience.
• Coach on consultative selling, strategic account growth, and engagement with enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Client Management leaders to establish standards, best practices, and client coverage strategies.
• Work alongside Sales, Services, Support, and Product teams to ensure positive customer outcomes and address escalations.
• Champion the adoption of sales enablement methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor performance, outcomes, retention, and growth metrics.
• Develop scalable processes and routines in a dynamic environment.
• Adjust priorities and processes as business needs change while ensuring results are maintained.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Over 6 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience, particularly with existing customers, including enterprise or strategic accounts.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a quota-carrying team focused on growth and net retention.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding large, complex enterprise accounts and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced sales environments with competing priorities.
• Strong foundation in sales frameworks, enablement methodologies, and coaching teams toward quota achievement.
• Familiarity with SaaS, EDI, B2B commerce, eCommerce, or supply chain solutions is preferred.
• Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities and executive communication skills.
• Capability to comprehend and convey technical concepts at the appropriate level.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP, or NetSuite is preferred.
