This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team dedicated to generating, managing, and delivering clinical trial data for Biopharma clients.
• Oversee the creation, review, and delivery of clinical trial data and reports in accordance with client specifications and timelines.
• Spearhead the negotiation, implementation, and maintenance of data transfer agreements for designated clients and projects.
• Serve as the escalation point for intricate data inquiries, reconciliation efforts, and client-specific reporting needs.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and cross-functional partners.
• Act as the subject matter expert in client data architecture and lifecycle management.
• Identify and implement solutions that enhance the consistency, scalability, and efficiency of data delivery.
• Oversee the development, validation, and upkeep of tools, scripts, and automated processes for client deliverables.
• Maintain documentation, version control, standard operating procedures, and adherence to data security protocols.
• Monitor team processes, utilize data-driven insights for ongoing improvement, and create client-specific solutions.
• Establish team priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Enhance team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and a customer-centric focus.
• Drive team performance towards operational objectives.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supporting clinical trial data management, data reporting, or related functions in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in database software with the ability to write SQL queries.
• Familiarity with data tools and programming languages such as Java, Python, or R.
• Experience with Excel, Bash, and Git.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to lead, develop, and inspire others through clear expectations, constructive feedback, coaching, and inclusive team management.
• Knowledge in molecular biology, biostatistics, or related scientific fields is preferred.
• Experience in biopharma, diagnostics, genomics, or clinical research organizations is preferred.
