This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee workforce management for professional phone teams, collaborating closely with vendor site leadership and Angi's internal management.

• Manage a small team focused on pro forecasting, reporting, and vendor communication.

• Create and distribute monthly staffing forecasts based on Finance projections and volume trends.

• Gain expertise in the tools (including AI) and platforms utilized, as well as performance trends, to maximize call efficiency and achieve financial KPIs.

• Act as the escalation point to resolve production issues that could hinder the achievement of KPI targets.

• Proactively identify challenges and assist with projects to mitigate recurring production bottlenecks.

• Improve reporting capabilities by collaborating with the Data & Analytics team to develop reports, coordinate analyses, and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and skills.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, or a closely related field, with a proven record of delivering measurable results.

• Strong analytical abilities and a solid grasp of operations, including process optimization and project management.

• A strategic thinker capable of converting ideas into actionable plans that promote business growth and operational efficiency.

• Practical experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Previous experience in a dynamic environment, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to take on various roles.

• Experience leading or participating in discussions with external business partners, clients, or prospects.

• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making within teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
