This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Sustain and expand a prioritized database of care facilities, provider organizations, advocacy groups, and other key stakeholders with significant transportation needs or strategic importance in primary Medicaid and Medicare Advantage markets.
• Spearhead engagement and change management initiatives with care facility partners during the implementation of new programs, collaborating with the internal Facilities team to ensure local alignment, seamless onboarding, and effective adoption of programs, tools, and workflows.
• Establish and nurture relationships with facility leaders, advocacy groups, and other local stakeholders, acting as a representative for SafeRide Health in external meetings, market visits, and community events as appropriate.
• Collect and analyze standing orders, complaints, stakeholder feedback, competitive insights, and product or market intelligence to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and inform cross-functional teams.
• Assist account management and internal teams by serving as a point of contact for facility market needs related to new health plan implementations and existing plans.
• Keep accurate records of stakeholders, outreach activities, engagement notes, and strategic relationship data in HubSpot to facilitate cross-functional planning, growth initiatives, and RFP submissions.
• Participate in strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts with local organizations, advocacy groups, and state or community stakeholders, as appropriate.
• Monitor and report on measurable partnership outcomes, including program utilization and engagement metrics within the markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, provider relations, customer success, account management, community engagement, network development, or a related area.
• Proven experience collaborating with healthcare facilities, provider organizations, Medicaid-related programs, or community-based stakeholders.
• Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM systems for managing contacts, tracking stakeholders, and documenting activities.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with commercial, operational, and strategic teams.
• Background in Medicaid or Medicare Advantage markets, particularly in roles focused on access, coordination, or transportation.
• Proven track record in supporting market development, partnership growth, or the implementation of new programs.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, care coordination workflows, or discharge planning processes.
