This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for the national strategy regarding Capital Equipment (Robotics & Power Tools): segmentation, target customers, objectives, and implementation roadmap.
• Development and prioritization of target accounts based on market mapping, data insights, and economic potential.
• Establishing robust business cases and investment plans to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Management of the capital sales cycle including multi-stakeholder selling, clinical-economic argumentation, procurement alignment, as well as bid and contract management.
• Definition of pricing strategies and value ladders for systems, consumables, services, and software.
• Leading the launch preparation for robotic systems and operational coordination of market introduction.
• Management of tender and project businesses up to implementation.
• Stakeholder management at management and C-level, as well as with surgeons, OR teams, and procurement.
• Enabling field sales through playbooks, joint customer visits, objection handling, and best-practice sharing.
• Coordination with the Velys Joints team to harmonize the robotics strategy.
• Several years of experience, ideally 3–5+ years, in sales or product management of capital-intensive medical devices.
• Proven experience in multi-stakeholder sales, clinical-economic business cases, and negotiations involving capital equipment.
• Good understanding of clinical workflows, OR procedures, and hospital structures.
• Knowledge of DRG/budget logics.
• Analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and experience with pricing/ROI models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of personal responsibility, and results orientation.
• Strong, persuasive presence when interacting with decision-makers and internal stakeholders.
• Structured, data-driven work approach with clear prioritization and a hands-on mentality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Completed degree (engineering, business administration, or comparable); MBA is a plus.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Willingness to travel: approximately 50–70%.
