• Lead, cultivate, and expand a high-achieving team of Measurement Experts who are integral to the frontline account teams.
• Assist in establishing the organization’s measurement vision, frameworks, and best practices utilized in client engagements.
• Act as a primary sponsor on significant measurement projects with leading advertisers.
• Provide guidance to clients on measurement maturity, data strategy, tracking implementation, and experimental design.
• Support account team colleagues in navigating discussions on topics such as: MMM, incrementality, cross-device tracking, identity, and privacy.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and other teams in the development of innovative measurement solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, measurement, analytics, econometrics, or marketing science.
• Proven experience in leading client-facing analytics or measurement teams at a platform, publisher, or agency.
• In-depth knowledge of attribution, incrementality, lift testing, experimentation, and media modeling.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Documented success in collaborating with enterprise sales teams and influencing C-suite marketers.
