Manager, Business Transformation Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive key priorities and essential initiatives for the SSS business unit.

• Engage in discovery via business forums, such as EDRs and IDPs, to pinpoint workflow challenges, business requirements, desired outcomes, risks, dependencies, and decision-making processes.

• Convert ambiguous or intricate needs into problem statements, potential options, trade-offs, and suggested next steps.

• Coordinate with stakeholders from various business units, divisions, enterprise teams, PMO, functional owners, technical teams, and execution teams.

• Ensure visibility into initiatives that align with established business unit priorities.

• Lead or assist in operational rhythms with enabling functions to assess priorities, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for acceleration.

• Link business leaders and functional teams with relevant partners, forums, decision-makers, enterprise resources, and leadership decision-making materials.

• Collaborate with EDT, AI COE, HR, functional leaders, subject-matter experts, and business users to uncover opportunities in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Facilitate the prioritization of use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, readiness, scalability, and impact on workflows.

• Redesign workflows to integrate approved AI tools and emerging capabilities through pilots, adoption playbooks, reusable workflow patterns, and practical examples.

• Encourage the responsible adoption of innovative work methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.

• Practical experience in business transformation, process improvement, project/program management, Lean, Six Sigma, design thinking, change management, AI enablement, or workflow redesign.

• Over 8 years of experience in business transformation, operations, project/program management, process improvement, strategy execution, or cross-functional business support.

• Ability to structure ambiguous business issues into clear options, actionable steps, decision materials, ownership pathways, and measurable progress.

• Proven experience in supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment, including stakeholder alignment, facilitation, and leadership communication.

• A curious mindset with an inclination toward early adoption of AI, automation, digital tools, or emerging technologies.

• Ability to identify workflow challenges and connect them to practical AI-enabled or technology-driven improvements.

• Comfort in experimenting with authorized tools and translating insights into responsible, usable business practices.

• Preferred: experience within medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, sustainability solutions, or regulated environments.

• Preferred: experience in supporting business transformation within a business unit, division, or enterprise context.

• Preferred: exposure to AI enablement, digital transformation, process automation, workflow redesign, change adoption, operational rhythms, portfolio reviews, stakeholder engagement models, or executive decision-making materials.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.
