• Aids in driving revenue-generating efforts for Colliers by producing high-quality, client-oriented presentations, proposals, and business review documents.
• Collaborates closely with executive stakeholders, sales leaders, and producers to develop strategies and translate them into engaging, customized, and branded deliverables.
• Coordinates resources, oversees timelines, and ensures consistent quality across designated proposals and presentations.
• Exercises sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail, prioritizes tasks, aligns contributors, and executes efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Works in partnership with marketing, design, research, and other departments as necessary to create polished, competitive materials that support business development goals.
• Crafts and writes pursuit content for proposals and presentations that highlight Colliers’ tools, services, platforms, and experts for various client-facing scenarios.
• Investigates and resolves complex issues related to RFP responses while maintaining accurate and updated commonly requested information.
• Manages select national initiatives as required to support business development priorities.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, or 8 to 10 years of experience in a marketing role – prior experience in the commercial real estate industry is necessary.
• Familiarity with internet platforms such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Marketing Cloud is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Some knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Acrobat).
• Ability to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills, focusing on business writing and effectively articulating client value.
• A self-starter and team player with a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of adjusting priorities and delivering projects in a timely manner, well-organized with excellent time management skills, and able to interface with top-level executives.
• A strong work ethic, resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment, and the capacity to meet critical deadlines.
