This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee both current and prospective clients for the bioanalytical and biologics sectors.
• Evaluate client satisfaction and suggest areas for enhancement.
• Act as the escalation point for clients on significant accounts.
• Recognize and nurture bioanalytical business opportunities within designated territories.
• Collaborate closely with proposal development and marketing teams.
• Cultivate a customer-focused culture that emphasizes the provision of high-quality service to clients.
• Engage in sponsor visit initiatives.
• Play a role in the Company’s business development events and activities.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; 2-3 years of experience in the CRO, Pharmaceutical, or laboratory sales industry is necessary.
• Possess strong commercial insight with the ability to identify and cultivate sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate advanced leadership capabilities and business understanding.
• Exhibit strong skills in customer relationship management.
• Have solid knowledge of competitive and business intelligence.
• Show proven strategic planning abilities.
• Basic negotiation skills are essential.
• Display strong organizational agility and a results-oriented mindset.
• Possess analytical skills along with excellence in both oral and written communication.
• Experienced in using SFDC as a CRM tool.
• Willingness to travel as required, occasionally on short notice.
• Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization and time management skills.
