This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Drive the acquisition of new business within the US SaaS market.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.
• Regularly meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Maintain a robust and predictable pipeline of qualified leads.
• Establish trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Recognize client challenges and position solutions using a consultative selling approach.
• Lead product demonstrations and create customized proposals.
• Implement go-to-market strategies within designated segments or regions.
• Spot emerging opportunities and provide insights on market trends.
• Work alongside marketing on outbound campaigns and initiatives for lead generation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to facilitate smooth onboarding and retention.
• Relay customer feedback to Product teams for enhancements to offerings.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Provide reliable forecasts and sales reports.
• Utilize data and metrics to enhance conversion rates and deal velocity.
• A minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience in the US market.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding B2B sales quotas.
• Significant experience managing the full cycle of SaaS sales.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
