Manager, BizOps – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Integrate into a primary business sector: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships

• Manage the analytical operations for the designated business unit from start to finish

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions prior to performing analysis

• Establish metrics and create reports

• Conduct analyses and design experiments

• Extract insights that enhance key business metrics

• Present findings to product, growth, finance, or operations teams

• Clarify the current situation, reasons behind it, and suggest subsequent actions

• Propel initiatives and decisions through to execution

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company

• Strong analytical abilities

• Proficient in independently retrieving, structuring, and interpreting data

• Proven history of managing ambiguous challenges and achieving impactful results

• Excellent, persuasive communication skills with the capacity to influence decisions at the leadership level

• Proficient with Excel, SQL, or Python

• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
