Manager, BizOps – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Integrate into growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Oversee the analytical operations for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions that analyses should resolve.

• Establish metrics and create reports.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Provide insights that enhance key business metrics.

• Deliver recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams.

• Clarify ongoing situations, the reasons behind them, and suggest next steps.

• Propel decisions and implement initiatives through to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing technology company.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering results.

• Exceptional and persuasive communication abilities.

• Capacity to influence decisions at the executive level.

• Proficient with Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Strong problem-solving skills based on first principles.

• Experience in defining metrics, generating reports, conducting analyses, and designing experiments.

• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
