This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Recruit, guide, mentor, and support a high-performing operations team.
• Provide exceptional value to Remote's employees and clients.
• Ensure there is no revenue loss in the recharging of Benefits to our Clients.
• Continuously enhance and optimize processes, workflows, and tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Benefits.
• Collaborate with Product to identify automation prospects within current workflows.
• Ensure that Remote's service delivery complies fully in partnership with Legal.
• Work collaboratively and efficiently with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering.
• Assist with reporting, auditing, compliance, and data integrity efforts.
• Be capable of transitioning from “scout to scale” and initiate projects.
• Serve as an internal and external advocate for Remote's values and the Benefits team's objectives.
• Over 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience as an HR generalist with a focus on Benefits across multiple countries.
• Operational experience in various roles.
• Managed small to medium-sized teams with direct reports.
• Customer-focused mindset with a pragmatic approach.
• Driven by achieving goals and maintaining high quality.
• Enthusiastic about teamwork and fostering people's development.
• Capable of quickly adjusting to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Solid experience in startups (preferred).
• Ability to speak multiple languages (preferred).
• Previous experience working remotely (preferred).
