This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Specialists across Hardware, Application Workflow, and Clinical IT domains to ensure seamless integration of all solution components.
• Organize and oversee resource allocation and workload distribution to facilitate efficient execution of multiple simultaneous installations and support, while mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth installation process and effective Go-Live.
• Create and maintain installation processes, documentation, and best practices to guarantee consistency and operational excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement initiatives for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Local Service, and Local Application Specialists to ensure readiness and successful outcomes for projects.
• Work alongside other regional and global teams to share knowledge, resources, align on standards, and implement new tools or technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in solution delivery of Automation/IT services, leading complex teams, preferably within multicultural distributed environments across EMEA.
• Proven ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies, with a strong background in complex installations (integrations, networking, security, data migration) and customer support operations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and EMEA data/privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to influence others—informing, convincing, and persuading stakeholders to take action on key initiatives.
• High energy and capable of managing conflict.
• An independent worker, able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment while effectively addressing difficult situations.
• High adaptability in a dynamic setting.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one major EMEA language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French). Additional EMEA languages are a plus.
