Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Provide direct reports to the executive team during financial risk management consulting assignments.

• Lead a small team of employees and client resources for customer projects.

• Identify, plan, coordinate, and verify deliverables, assigning tasks to team members as needed.

• Ensure that project data and information are managed within budget and timeline constraints.

• Collaborate with business unit and IT sponsors to define project goals, success criteria, and risk assessments.

• Oversee approved funding in partnership with business sponsors and IT departments.

• Work with architecture teams to ensure solutions are aligned with IT strategies and data governance.

• Facilitate successful project delivery across IT teams.

• Develop and manage realistic project plans with input from resources and business sponsors.

• Provide stakeholder status updates and encourage communication among stakeholders and teams.

• Manage projects involving data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting systems.

• Collaborate with support teams during transition and warranty phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, or a related field.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a financial risk consultant role or a closely related position.

• Proven ability to apply mathematical concepts using SAS software in a financial services environment, accumulated over three (3) years of experience.

• Thorough understanding of financial regulatory standards, including IFRS 9, IFRS 17, and CECL, along with associated accounting practices, obtained through three (3) years of experience.

• Proficient knowledge of SAS reporting and management modules, developed over three (3) years of experience.

• All years of experience may be accrued concurrently.
