Manager, Applications Development and Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise several development teams to ensure delivery aligns with ROI objectives.

• Establish KPIs, budgets, and SLAs for the application portfolio.

• Implement and uphold DevOps, CI/CD, and quality assurance frameworks.

• Mentor and recruit top-tier engineering professionals.

• Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to synchronize technical strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software delivery.

• At least 3 years in leadership positions.

• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or technical master’s is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s Degree in: computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or a related technical/STEM discipline.

• Extensive knowledge of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and cloud architecture.

• Experience with technology budgeting and managing portfolios.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and skills in conflict resolution.
