Manager, Application Security – SOX IT, Oracle Fusion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, execution, and upkeep of the security architecture for Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM.

• Act as the go-to authority on application security and SOX compliance for enterprise systems.

• Develop tailored job roles and duty roles.

• Uphold data security policies within Oracle Fusion ERP, Procurement, HCM, Oracle EPM, and FDI environments.

• Administer user provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity lifecycle management through Oracle IAM.

• Establish and regulate security roles, access controls, and privileges in Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Supervise user access reviews and certification initiatives.

• Implement and manage Advanced Access Controls and Advanced Financial Controls within Oracle Fusion Risk Management Cloud.

• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations, ITGCs, and internal security policies in Oracle environments.

• Serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external auditors, supplying reports, evidence, and system walkthroughs.

• Detect security vulnerabilities and SoD conflicts, executing necessary remediation strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with Finance, HR, IT, and Internal Audit teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Accounting Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience focusing on Oracle Application Security and IT Audit/Compliance.

• Comprehensive understanding of SOX compliance, COSO framework, and IT General Controls (ITGC).

• Demonstrated experience in designing and maintaining intricate security roles within Oracle Fusion ERP, Procurement, and HCM.

• Practical experience in managing security matrices and user access in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management.

• Strong knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management frameworks.

• Direct experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Risk Management Cloud (AAC/AFC) for SoD and transaction monitoring.

• Solid understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) roles, privileges, and integration security.

• Experience or certification in Oracle Access Governance.

• Relevant professional certifications like CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or Oracle Certified Security Specialist.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical security concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Capability to collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Internal Audit teams.

• This position is based in New York, NY, US, and is available as Fully Remote.
