📋 Description

• Spearhead Neon One's strategy, architecture, and implementation of autonomous systems and GTM technology.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents: designing, building, testing, deploying, and continuously enhancing agent flows.

• Streamline workflows across GTM teams and enhance customer journeys.

• Strategize, architect, and develop integration layers for Data360 and Snowflake.

• Generate Unified Customer Profiles to provide real-time context for Agentforce.

• Create intricate system logic, prompt models, and dynamic routing mechanisms.

• Optimize prompts to improve response quality and mitigate hallucinations.

• Define agent scopes, structural guardrails, and programmatic circuit breakers.

• Rigorously test agents against adversarial prompts and edge scenarios.

• Supervise API integrations and data synchronization from Data360/Snowflake into GTM platforms.

• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success leadership to convert high-impact processes into autonomous systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, or technology orchestration.

• Practical experience in implementing or managing autonomous AI agents within an enterprise context.

• Prior experience with Salesforce Agentforce is highly preferred.

• Strong expertise in prompt engineering, agentic logic design, and error-trapping for non-linear workflows.

• Knowledge of Snowflake, Data360, Agentforce, and API integrations.

• Strong business acumen to convert operational challenges into advanced AI solutions.

• Salesforce Admin Certification or relevant AI/Systems certifications are preferred.

• Must be available to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
