Manager, Advisor Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the acquisition of new independent advisors throughout the Eastern United States.

• Actively seek and identify opportunities for Independent Contractors across the Eastern U.S.

• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, consortium events, luxury travel gatherings, and networking forums to generate qualified leads.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and market visits to enhance brand visibility and recruit high-performing advisors.

• Maintain a structured travel schedule (up to 30%) that aligns with territory growth objectives.

• Develop and sustain a strong, active recruitment pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

• Execute ongoing outbound prospecting through networking, referrals, events, and industry outreach.

• Oversee recruitment discussions from the initial contact through to contract signing.

• Collect competitive insights within the Eastern territory.

• Collaborate with onboarding, sales operations, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless transition for newly signed advisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in the travel industry.

• Extensive exposure to corporate travel, entertainment, and/or high-end luxury leisure markets.

• Proven insider knowledge of the corporate, entertainment, and luxury leisure travel sectors.

• Demonstrated success in business development, outside sales, or recruitment.

• Established relationships and credibility within the corporate travel and/or luxury leisure advisor communities.

• Experience working autonomously in a territory-based, field-driven position with a proactive, “hunter” mentality.
