This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a team of Account Executives, ensuring strong performance, clear expectations, and ongoing skill development.
• Propel revenue growth by ensuring the team consistently identifies, cultivates, and finalizes opportunities for new business and/or account expansion.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, forecast evaluations, and strategic sessions to aid effective planning, execution, and territory management.
• Develop and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks to facilitate predictable, repeatable execution throughout the team.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, activity levels, and forecasts, proactively addressing risks and modifying strategies as necessary.
• Support team members as a player-coach by participating in key opportunities and demonstrating effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs, strong customer engagement, and alignment on priorities.
• Evaluate performance trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and suggestions for enhancement.
• Maintain robust operational discipline, including accurate CRM management, reporting, and forecasting.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing sales processes, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual team revenue objectives.
• Proven experience in leading and developing Account Executives within a B2B sales context.
• Strong history of meeting sales targets and driving results through others.
• Capability to coach sellers through intricate sales cycles and strategic account planning.
• Robust analytical skills with experience in utilizing data to inform decisions, evaluate performance, and predict outcomes.
• Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and effective manner.
• Experience in creating scalable processes, playbooks, and operational rhythms for sales teams.
• Strong collaboration abilities with the capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fully proficient in both French and English.
