📋 Description

• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of AI models in real-world consulting tasks by defining quality benchmarks, creating structured assessment frameworks, and reviewing consulting outputs with expert insight.

• Define what exemplary consulting work entails by developing objective grading criteria and assessing outputs generated by AI and humans across various business contexts.

• Create comprehensive, task-specific evaluation criteria for consulting outputs, including market analyses, business strategies, financial models, executive presentations, and implementation roadmaps.

• Analyze and score consulting work produced by AI and humans utilizing structured evaluation frameworks and objective quality benchmarks.

• Deliver clear, evidence-based written justifications for each evaluation, ensuring consistency, transparency, and reproducibility.

• Evaluate the quality of strategic thinking, analytical depth, financial reasoning, executive communication, and business recommendations.

• Collaborate with review teams to enhance evaluation guidelines, improve scoring consistency, and refine AI training datasets.

• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers to continuously elevate evaluation quality and calibration.

• Utilize subject matter expertise to assist AI systems in understanding and producing high-quality consulting deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.

• Experience at a prestigious strategy or management consulting firm, such as McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or an equivalent top-tier consulting organization.

• In-depth expertise in:

• - Structured problem-solving methodologies

• - Market sizing and analysis

• - Financial modeling and business case development

• - Corporate strategy and strategic recommendations

• - Executive-level presentations and slide-based communication

• - Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex business reasoning.

• - Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise objective, evidence-based judgment.

• - Comfort in a structured review environment where evaluation quality is consistently calibrated against peers.

• - Capacity to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setting.

• **Preferred Qualifications**

• Previous involvement with AI model evaluation, human feedback initiatives, or AI training projects.

• Experience in developing consulting methodologies, quality frameworks, or internal knowledge standards.

• Background in mentoring consultants, reviewing client deliverables, or leading engagement quality assurance.
