Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and structured evaluations of documentation, data, and guidance to assess and analyze program performance.

• Execute thorough qualitative analyses, deconstructing complex information to uncover insights, address challenges, and formulate clear, actionable, and well-supported recommendations.

• Utilize critical, analytical, and creative thinking to aid in defining and refining clients’ project and program requirements, objectives, and strategies.

• Assist in the daily execution of programs by monitoring deliverables, maintaining project documents and workplans, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.

• Create and uphold precise documentation, records, presentations, and analytical outputs, ensuring that information is communicated clearly and formatted appropriately.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, healthcare administration, project management, process engineering, business analysis, change management, or similar fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, management, statistics, analytics, finance, or a related discipline.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
