This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
• Lead the strategic allocation and enhancement of the internal talent pool.
• Maintain an up-to-date perspective on resource availability, capacity, and utilization.
• Proactively identify trends of under- and over-utilization and suggest corrective measures.
• Create and sustain a database for skills inventory.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery leads to anticipate resource needs.
• Advocate for an 'internal first' staffing approach.
• Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition to establish criteria for external hiring.
• Serve as the main point of contact among project/delivery teams, people managers, HR, and leadership.
• Manage relationships with staffing vendors, contractors, and contingent workforce partners.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for resource utilization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or delivery operations.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Proven experience in managing resources across various functions: technical, project management, and operations.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in creating utilization reports and capacity forecasts.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Capable of managing sensitive workforce discussions with discretion and empathy.
