This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
• Oversee real-time monitoring of resource availability, capacity, and utilization throughout all business units.
• Actively identify trends of under- and over-utilization and propose corrective measures.
• Advocate for an 'internal first' staffing strategy.
• Clearly and diplomatically communicate resourcing decisions.
• Foster relationships with staffing vendors, contractors, and contingent workforce partners.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reports for resource utilization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or delivery operations.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Proven experience managing resources across various functions: technical, project management, and operations.
• Data-driven approach with a background in creating utilization reports.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Capability to manage sensitive workforce discussions with discretion and empathy.
