Managed Services Consultant – RTSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager with activities during the Start-up phase.

• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the Maintenance and Closeout stages of a project.

• Execute skilled tasks such as creating, reviewing, coordinating, and managing various deliverables for assigned projects.

• Facilitate and resolve the numerous challenges associated with the delivery of complex systems and projects.

• Address inquiries related to projects.

• Lead a variety of project status and review meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.

• At least one year of experience in a customer support position.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a regulated industry.

• A year of experience with RTSM/IRT.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
