This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated managed services accounts, concentrating on driving revenue growth while exceeding client expectations.
• Ensure that client implementations and engagements stay on track by providing the data science team with clear guidance and priorities. Supervise the execution of client campaigns and strategic initiatives to guarantee timely delivery of services, solutions, and quick resolution of any challenges.
• Assist clients in aligning their technology strategy with business objectives—particularly regarding CRM and emerging AI tools to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
• Recognize opportunities to broaden services and enhance client outcomes; support in developing proposals and presenting new offerings.
• Provide regular service reviews, usage reports, and customized, actionable recommendations that highlight PLUM’s influence and showcase continuous value to each client.
• Collaborate on internal projects including onboarding workflows, documentation, and support processes.
• Contribute to success stories, industry-specific content, and sales enablement resources.
• Over 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or IT service delivery—ideally within a managed services provider (MSP) or IT consultancy.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate is essential.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong comprehension of IT infrastructure, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and remote support systems.
• Comfortable in a startup environment—adaptable, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
• Experience with AI startups (e.g., data science, ML ops) is a plus but not mandatory.
• A proven history of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
