This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and manage extensive and intricate sales cycles.
• Spearhead and guide sales initiatives.

• Comprehend the competitive landscape and customer requirements.
• Establish clear objectives and ensure precise forecasting.
• Utilize prospect narratives to craft compelling value propositions.

• Travel as required within your designated territory.
• Familiarity and expertise in SaaS-based architectures.
• Proven experience in selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales approaches, preferably to accounts within the State Government in Southern Germany.
• Technical proficiency in understanding how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze data, determine root causes, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with our channel partners.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the entire sales cycle and the capability to adhere to a structured sales process.
• Exceptional time management abilities and the capacity to work with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction.
• Proficiency in English and German – strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
