This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage and coordinate extensive and intricate sales processes while collaborating with our internal partners and teams to optimally serve the customer.
• Utilize consultative selling skills to identify business challenges and formulate solutions for prospects and existing customers.
• Gain insights into the competitive landscape and customer requirements to effectively position the range of solutions offered by Palo Alto Networks.
• Establish clear objectives and provide accurate forecasting by developing a comprehensive territory plan.
• Utilize prospect narratives to build a compelling value proposition, offering insights tailored to that specific account.
• Remain informed about industry developments and trends, and their implications for Palo Alto Networks products and services.
• Travel as necessary within your designated territory and to company-wide meetings.
• Proven experience and understanding of SaaS-based architectures, preferably within the networking and/or security sectors.
• Demonstrated ability in selling complex solutions, employing value selling, and/or utilizing consultative sales methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in comprehending how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
• Capable of identifying issues, analyzing data, pinpointing root causes, and presenting scalable solutions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with our channel partners to implement a channel-focused go-to-market strategy for our clients.
• Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of the complete sales cycle and the ability to adhere to a structured sales approach.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the capacity to operate independently and with self-direction.
