This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Identify and investigate potential clients within the designated market.
• Generate new leads through various methods, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to grasp the unique requirements and challenges faced by potential clients.
• Lead the analysis of business value and the development of case for change proposals.
• Present and effectively demonstrate our Thales SM software solutions to highlight their value proposition.
• Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers within the target market and client organizations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, comprehending client goals and aligning our solutions to achieve their business objectives.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals.
• Negotiate terms and finalize deals, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both the client and the company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, STEM, or a related field.
• 7 years of B2B sales experience in software industries, including at least 3 years in major account sales.
• Proven ability to manage a complete sales lifecycle – from prospecting to contract closure.
• Capable of navigating large and complex sales opportunities and engaging at multiple levels within an organization.
• Familiarity with the order fulfillment chain and related components such as CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CPQ, Billing software, etc.
• A technology-savvy individual with conversational knowledge of API orchestration, SaaS, AI, Data Insights, etc.
• Comfortable participating actively (not necessarily leading) in highly technical discussions, and able to collaborate with Sales Engineers to ensure commercial goals are achieved.
• Relevant certifications in opportunity qualification and management frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire.
