This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for designated strategic accounts.

• Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients.

• Comprehend the business requirements and objectives of clients, offering customized solutions.

• Hold regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Recognize opportunities for account expansion and formulate strategies to meet revenue goals.

• Suggest and present solutions tailored to client needs that drive additional revenue.

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop personalized proposals and presentations.

• Formulate and implement account plans that align with the business objectives of clients.

• Examine client data and feedback to uncover trends and areas for enhancement.

• Track and report on account performance, offering insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the successful delivery of products and services.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

• Address any issues or conflicts that emerge during the project lifecycle.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Negotiate contract pricing, structure, and terms to optimize value for both the client and the organization.

• Ensure adherence to contract agreements and resolve any contractual issues.

• Keep precise records of client interactions, opportunities, and project status.

• Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.

• Integrate AI into repeatable, systemized workflows (for instance, reporting, analysis, planning) utilizing it by default to enhance efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• 8-10 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or a similar field, with a proven history of managing large strategic accounts.

• Strong understanding of industry-specific knowledge in health, if applicable.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and formulate actionable strategies.

• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strategic thinker with a focus on customer-centric approaches.

• Team-oriented collaborator capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Self-driven and results-focused with a strong ambition to surpass goals.
