This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on revenue growth and retention.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Create and implement detailed account plans.
• Identify new opportunities and drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Lead intricate, consultative sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations.
• Act as the primary liaison and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct executive business reviews and account assessments.
• Collaborate effectively across various internal teams.
• Ensure accurate management of pipeline, forecasting, and CRM information.
• Keep abreast of industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of selling to pharmaceutical or biopharma companies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts.
• Experience in selling data, analytics, or consulting services.
• Advanced degree in business or life sciences is preferred.
• Experience managing global, matrixed client relationships is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement and contract expansion is advantageous.
• Experience in market access, clinical, or data solutions is desirable.
• Strong consultative selling abilities are preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
