This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• As a member of the Arista Sales team, you represent Arista to our clients, acting as their internal advocate for the challenges they need to address.
• Coordinate Arista’s technical resources to fulfill your customer’s business objectives.
• Collaborate with some of the industry’s most proficient Customer Engineers, along with Professional Services and our Executive teams.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize sales opportunities within the Arista product suite, including Data Centre and Campus Networking solutions.
• Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key individuals in assigned agencies.
• Develop and implement targeted account strategies in partnership with partner managers and the sales engineering team.
• Generate customer demand through pre-engagement planning, research, and aligning solutions to their mission.
• Oversee and align business priorities from year 1 to year 3 across a designated account territory.
• Formulate a marketing strategy that aligns with named accounts and the territory.
• At least 10 years of Sales experience focusing on developing Enterprise organizations in France.
• A solid understanding of selling networking equipment (Router, Switch, SDN, SD-WAN, Campus Networks, Network Virtualization, NFV), data center, and/or network automation solutions is essential.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS, CS, BBA) or equivalent is required.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Must be currently residing in France, ideally near or in Paris.
• Proficiency in both French and English is a must.
• Proven leadership abilities to guide internal cross-functional teams within Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and external partners.
• Mandatory experience in navigating End User requirements through the contracting and resale processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to develop and sustain relationships at all levels.
• A demonstrated history of creating business plans, documenting processes, and surpassing sales goals.
• Willingness to travel to engage with our customers and regional partners within the territory.
