Maintenance Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Supervise all field operations, including maintenance, make-readies, inspections, and access control.

• Enhance Work Order (WO) completion rates and conversion ratios.

• Ensure responsibility for curb appeal, field outcomes, and tenant satisfaction.

• Accelerate and manage all maintenance and make-ready work orders to achieve turnaround goals.

• Decrease maintenance expenses by optimizing vendor usage, procurement, and process efficiencies.

• Oversee property access systems, including office access software and security hardware.

• Manage investigations of break-ins, access audits, and property security protocols.

• Retrofit office systems for inventory management to monitor tools, materials, and maintenance supplies.

• Conduct and supervise semi-annual inspections to ensure compliance with property standards and revenue objectives.

• Collaborate across departments with Property Management, QA, and Operations teams to enhance maintenance workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or real estate operations (property management experience is preferred).

• Solid working knowledge of maintenance systems, vendor coordination, and property inspection criteria.

• Demonstrated ability to lead field teams, prioritize urgent maintenance requests, and achieve performance targets.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on efficiency and results.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage contractors and engage cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficient in maintenance management systems, scheduling tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capacity to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and make data-driven decisions.
