Maintenance Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensures that the company's base aircraft are maintained in compliance with the Company Manual, FAR regulations, and Part 135 standards.

• Coordinates and organizes schedules for company aircraft, which includes routine maintenance and necessary inspections.

• Reviews return to service documentation and updates maintenance tracking systems.

• Monitors and refreshes Maintenance Tracking Programs.

• Inspects aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure correct work scope, qualified personnel, appropriate tools, and suitable equipment.

• Performs additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License is mandatory.

• Relevant experience in Part 135 operations is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

• Must demonstrate reliability, motivation, and the ability to work independently.
