Mainframe Technical Consultant – AIOPS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support the Broadcom sales team in the technical qualification of solutions, particularly Broadcom MAINFRAME Solutions.

• Cultivate relationships within the customer's or partner's IT departments and offerings to comprehend, document, and disseminate knowledge.

• Conduct intricate product integration demonstrations and proofs of concept.

• Provide documentation for technical specifications and requirements.

• Clearly articulate Broadcom's primary competitive advantages.

• Develop and nurture relationships with customers and partners to create references.

• Aid account teams in reaching financial objectives.

• Organize internal and external resources to effectively pursue opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of in-depth MAINFRAME technical industry experience.

• Background in collaborating with customers, sales teams, and/or customer service.

• Proficient in IBM Mainframe Storage Management, with extensive knowledge of CA-Vantage, CA-Disk, or IBM DFHSM/DFSMS, CA-1 FS or IBM RMM, or BMC Control-T.

• Expertise in AIOPs & Auto Domain, with solid understanding of IBM WLM, IBM System Automation, Omegamon, CA-Sysview, CA OPS/MVS, or CA Netmaster.

• Skilled in Broadcom Workload Solutions, Tivoli Workload Solutions, and BMC Control-M solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

• Fluent in English (Native) and proficient in major European languages.
