• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Practice group.
• Perform pre-sales activities, initial engineering evaluations, and machine risk assessments.
• Create proposals and offer technical marketing assistance.
• Enhance client experience while effectively communicating pricing and marketing strategies.
• Lead risk assessments and validate safety-related control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to provide solutions throughout the entire system life cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, along with a Technology Diploma/Certification.
• TUV Rhineland or Nord certification is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in a collaborative environment, including account management and sales roles.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and engineering design principles related to machine safety.
• Engagement in the Machine Safety aspects of automation projects.
• Familiarity with project management, strategic pricing, and the development of business strategies.
• Excellent mentorship and communication abilities.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
• Adaptable, organized, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% across North America.
