Machine Learning Scientist 4/5 – Generative Models

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and conduct rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses.

• Simplify intricate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Oversee the complete machine learning development process: from research to model training and evaluation.

• Collaborate with ML scientists and engineers to embed models into business applications and platforms.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, working across departments to pinpoint high-impact opportunities.

• Monitor advancements in the field and implement them to enhance the promotional writing experience.

• Interact with the ML community, both internally and externally, to learn, educate, and contribute.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, executing, and analyzing rigorous experiments.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, particularly in natural language processing, understanding, and generation.

• Research experience in summarization or evaluation of generated text is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with vision models, including diffusion models, is advantageous.

• Proficiency in one or more post-training techniques for large language models (LLMs).

• Strong programming capabilities in Python.

• Experience with popular ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• PhD (preferred) or MSc in machine learning, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated success in providing clarity and guiding ambitious plans to address complex challenges.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of taking initiative.
