📋 Description

• Engage in discovery, requirements gathering, and prototyping of innovative tools and libraries.

• Develop tooling and features that support the creation and deployment of machine learning models under the guidance of a full-time Machine Learning Engineer.

• Assist in the integration of LlamaIndex and LlamaParse into current workflows.

• Contribute to the development and deployment of AI Agents for the automation of data processing and analysis tasks.

• Take part in code reviews.

• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests.

• Monitor tasks and provide status updates using internal tools.

• Collaborate in an Agile development environment with team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong programming capabilities.

• Basic familiarity with source control systems like Git.

• Reliable internet connection for remote work outside of a Workiva office.

• Understanding of the data science lifecycle and fundamental machine learning concepts.

• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.

• Proficiency in Python and/or Go.

• Familiarity with REST APIs.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a geographically distributed team.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
