Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain machine learning models that are crucial for the production decision-making framework and overall business results.

• Utilize or develop technologies for training and deploying ML models.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in ML research for relevant ideas.

• Construct and enhance efficient ML pipelines for both real-time and batch processing.

• Monitor model performance, identify drift, and automate the retraining process.

• Articulate statistical and machine learning concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with top-tier engineers.

• Contribute to engineering excellence through the use of advanced tools, risk-driven testing, explainable systems, and thorough code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional experience in applying Machine Learning, including neural networks, to large-scale challenges.

• Familiarity with Recommendation Systems.

• Practical experience with deep neural networks in large-scale production environments.

• Strong engineering and coding capabilities.

• Proven track record of effectively executing and delivering projects on time.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

• PhD is an advantage.

• Experience in AdTech is a significant plus.
