This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute AI agents and automation for both internal engineering workflows and customer-facing delivery processes.
• Manage the entire process from identifying problems to prototyping, evaluating, refining, and deploying in production.
• Contribute reusable libraries, prompt templates, tool usage patterns, and evaluation frameworks to the AI Platform.
• Collaborate with software engineers to incorporate AI into the existing software architecture.
• Work alongside product managers, implementation consultants, engineers, and business operations teams to pinpoint challenges and define solutions.
• Iterate towards measurable business results.
• Keep up-to-date with LLMs, agentic frameworks, machine learning, and advancements in healthcare technology.
• Enhance AI systems for precision, speed, cost-effectiveness, and safety, including human-in-the-loop design and healthcare regulations.
• Document model development processes, methodologies, and outcomes effectively.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline; a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience may also be acceptable.
• 2–4 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in a production environment.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks (such as LangChain, Strands, etc.), and prompt engineering.
• Experience with established ML frameworks like PyTorch and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles including version control, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Comfortable navigating the entire development lifecycle.
• Interest in or knowledge of healthcare data, clinical workflows, and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team, welcome feedback, and contribute to overall team success.
