This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Conduct experiments utilizing contemporary neural network architectures or techniques inspired by academic research.
β’ Create and implement machine learning perception solutions across new domains.
β’ Design and carry out experiments to assess R&D deep learning methodologies.
β’ Establish a production pathway for experiments yielding positive outcomes to enhance facility impact.
β’ Collaborate with project managers from the AI Data Team, ML modeling engineers, and Cloud infrastructure engineers.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert in experiment design and statistical modeling within the Software organization.
β’ Utilize experiment design and statistical modeling expertise for non-deep-learning projects as well.
β’ Contribute to the support and enhancement of ML infrastructure.
β’ Develop deep learning and other machine learning models, successfully deploying them to production.
β’ Engage in research and development projects focused on deep learning and computer vision.
β’ Guide models from conception to production deployment.
β’ Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or an equivalent blend of technical education and professional experience.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in writing production-quality code in Python.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in implementing statistical models within production settings.
β’ Expertise in professional software engineering practices, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operational workflows.
β’ Strong knowledge of PyTorch.
β’ Deep familiarity with experiment design and execution processes.
β’ Research proficiency in the deep learning domain.
β’ Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
β’ Capability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
